Foundations of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Virtual Training (Jan. 11, 2023)

This workshop will introduce the foundations of building diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. The goal would be to have every participant leave with an understanding that there are many dimensions to diversity, that everyone should be treated with respect, and that respect might look different for different people. The potential impact of biases will be looked at, along with ways to create equity and inclusion. Finally, best practices for managing DEI in the workplace will be discussed.
