Intercultural Communications - Virtual Training (Jan. 25, 2023)

This workshop will help participants learn how cultural norms, values, and experiences can impact their ability to communicate with one another. The goal would be to have every participant leave with an understanding of how critical frameworks of culture can influence a worker’s perspective and attitudes on the job. Strategies for implementing inclusive language within an intercultural workplace will be discussed. Finally, personal awareness and cultural intelligence will be built by participating in personal and social identity activities.
