Board of Directors AMFA

Rally joined the AMFA board in 2022, serving as Vice President in 2023 and was elected President in 2025. Rally also serves as the Secretary of the MMA Board of Directors. As Owner and President of Hibbing Fabricators, Inc., Rally brings another valued manufacturing voice to the board. Hibbing Fabricators specializes in the production of precision metal components and assemblies.

Sandy is the plant manager at Revolv Manufacturing, formerly Hibbing Fabricators. Sandy re-joined the board in January 2024 and previously served the AMFA Board President.

Heath Boe joined the AMFA board in 2022.  As a Customized Training Representative for Minnesota North College, Heath is a natural fit for the AMFA Training, Grant Review and Education Partnership committees.  Formerly called Advanced Minnesota, Minnesota North is a new model integrating the customized training and continuing education departments of five colleges serving Northeast Minnesota.

Kevin joined the AMFA board in 2025. He is a Commercial Banker at National Bank of Commerce in Superior, WI. Kevin is a native of Cameron, WI, and earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from the Labovitz School of Business at the University of Minnesota Duluth. He is married to Cari and have four children together. He enjoys sailing on Lake Superior, hunting, fishing, and canoeing in the BWCAW.

Greg joined the AMFA Board of Directors in 2025. He is the Business Relationship Manager V.P. at U.S. Bank in Hibbing. He is a native of San Jose, CA and earned his BS degree from the University of Wisconsin. He is father to triplet teenage boys and enjoys golf, cribbage, and backgammon.

Brad works in training at Cirrus Aircraft. He joined the AMFA board in January 2024.

Lynda became the Executive Director in September, 2024. She joins us following her tenure as Executive Director of the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation in Riverside, California. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, she also brings extensive expertise in marketing, honed through her role as the owner of Bailey Communications, Inc. Lynda holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Purdue University.
 
Recently relocating to be nearer to family, Lynda now resides in Nashwauk, Minnesota, with her husband and Reyna, their Bernese Mountain Dog.
